Common Wealth Game 2010 Opening Ceremony Live Streaming

Prince Charles and the the President of India Pratibha Patil will officialy Open the Ceremony. Many believe that India are on the verge of sporting greatness as they are trying to host some major events in India in next couple of years and Commen Wealth games are the first step towards glory.

Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi will be the 19th Commonwealth Games, and the ninth to be held under that name. The games tournament are scheduled from 3rd October to 14th October 2010 take place at New Delhi, India. Commonwealth Games is a mult-sport event (17 sports) held in New Delhi, which has previously hosted the Asian Games in 1951 and 1982.

The Games organisers have proposed to removing basketball, but want to include archery, tennis, and billiards and snooker for men. Cricket, although in strong demand, may not make a come-back as the BCC in India were not keen on a Twenty20 tournament, and the organisers did not want a one day tournament.
